We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving it.
Due to the nature of our product (a consumable dietary supplement), we do not accept returns for opened or used items. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right.
To start a return or report a problem, please contact us via our Contact Us page. If your issue is approved, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your gummies arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or process a refund.
Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit or shows as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate and send a replacement if needed.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale or purchased during special promotions are not eligible for refunds.
