WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. This can occur if some items are temporarily out of stock or available at different warehouse locations across the U.S.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped from within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day and delivered within 7–20 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and order volume during peak periods.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

We ship all orders with tracking and insurance. If your package is delayed, lost, or returned to sender, please contact us through our Contact Us page. We’ll resolve the issue and send a replacement at no additional cost, if applicable.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

No. Since we currently only ship within the United States, there are no customs duties or international taxes applied to your order.
